Solita has a new menu and it’s a stunner
Our US-inspired restaurant is famed for its burgers so making them even better was always going to be a tough job but we’ve done it.
How can you improve on perfection? By adding wagyu of course.
It’s better for you lot because the meat tastes amazing and it’s better for the cows too. This lot live the life of Riley.
So now all our burgers are first class wagyu, from the classic Solita burger to our New Bacon-ings double-stacked burger with its sweet hit of bacon jam.
Our steaks are wagyu too – check that marbling. Delicious. Wagyu has a flavour that you just can’t beat.
That’s not all, our dogs are purebreds too with wagyu all the way - from the frankfurters to the chilli con carne atop our Chilli Cheese Dog.
We have chicken burgers too like our KFBC burger with Kentucky fried chicken and bacon and cheese and gravy. Apologies to the Colonel but ours is better.
You’ll also find Clean Green, our new plant-based pattie served with spiky salsa, vegan cheese and grilled ‘shrooms.
But it’s not all ‘out with the old and in with the new’. You’ll still find original classics like our massive Big Manc (also available as Mini Manc), our cheeseburger spring rolls and our mac and cheese bites – now with truffle mayo.
