This year is no exception, with three-course menus lined up by Chef for both lunch (£25 a head) and dinner (£40) that are going to have your mouth watering before you’ve even sat down.
We’re combining festive flavours, top-notch winter wonderland ingredients and some Italian-inspired magic. Think a vegetarian tartina starter of roasted shallot and aged balsamic with old Winchester cheese and pea shoots, or the Rosso take on traditional: turkey escalope, chestnut and cranberry turkey meatball, pancetta-wrapped chipolata and redcurrant gravy.
