Rosso starts spring with a new menu

And a new creative team in the kitchen

As the season changes, so does our menu – with over 30 new dishes inspired by the Italian summer and the wonderful fresh produce it brings.

From all four corners of the Italian peninsula, from the mountains to the sea, the new menu showcases regional dishes interpreted with culinary creativity.

And alongside our new dishes, we've kept some of our longstanding Rosso classics too. And of course the foundation of our menu stays the same – the beauty that is the traditional Italian meal.

New menu highlights at Rosso

Fiornetina Di Chianina

The first of its kind in Manchester. A minimum of 1.4kgs of the finest imported Tuscan T-bone steak from one of the oldest cattle breeds in the world. This sharing steak is unlike anything we have ever served at Rosso and we are honoured to bring it to you.

Filetto Di Cervo

Pan-roasted fillet of venison deeply rich in flavour and complemented by coal-roasted carrot purée and a juniper reduction.

Agnolotti Di Pollo Con Tartuffo Nero

A mouth-watering envelope of fresh agnolotti pasta stuffed with chicken and the finest Italian black truffle, served on a rich chicken broth and further complemented with crispy chicken skin.
