The new two-course Sunday lunch menu is £30pp and it is served between 12pm and 6pm every Sunday.
It’s a mix of traditional roast dinner with a uniquely Italian flavours. So roast pork becomes porchetta rolled with mustard, fennel seed and wild garlic. Don’t worry – it still comes with a Yorkshire pudding. Some things are too good to alter.
Same goes for the roast beef. This is a tradition for a reason and we wouldn’t dream of messing with it so you’ll find your favourite Sunday flavours on the plate: roast sirloin, smoked onion and horseradish gravy and, of course, Yorkshire pudding.
Or if you prefer something with more of an Italian emphasis, our Tuscan fish and seafood stew is pure Italy or perhaps our chicken which is crusted in pecorino and semolina and served with asparagus, pickled baby gem lettuce hearts and a herby buttermilk dressing.
Finish off with cherry and almond crostata with whipped vanilla cream. The Italians know how to do puddings that are utterly sensational but not remotely stodgy. There’s always room for cherry and almond crostata.
