Vegetarian food is taken to a whole new level at The Rabbit

The Rabbit is known for its innovative approach to fine dining, conjuring up dishes that are full of wild imagination and exciting flavours.

Now this same creativity can be found in a new vegetarian tasting menu which will excite vegetarians and meat-eaters alike.

The kitchen, headed up by John Granaghan, formally of one star Michelin restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, has curated a vegetarian tasting menu full of intricate and refined vegetarian plates that hold their own in the absence of meat. 

Priced at £70 for dinner and £45 for lunch, the Asian influenced vegetarian menu includes Tempura Avocado Bao with Hoisin Sauce and Avocado, Sambal Gyoza with Chargrilled Pineapple Sweet and Sour Sauce, and Miso Roast Aubergine with Singapore Noodles and Plum. 

Sweet servings include Raspberry Cheesecake with Tarragon Ice Cream and Petit Fours Banana and Mango Mousse, Pandam with Coconut and Coffee and Juniper Doughnut.  

The Rabbit is open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays and for dinner from Wednesday – Saturday.
