If it’s an authentic taste of Vietnam you’re after, head not to Hanoi, but to Ancoats and NAM. Up on Blossom Street, our Viet-style street food is made from the heart, using the tastiest ingredients and recipes passed down from our owner Nam’s mum.
You’ll find classic pho – the national dish of aromatic soup packed with rice noodles and tofu, chicken or beef and vegetables. You’ll also find salads, sandwiches and skewers, our take on the Taiwanese bao bun, and spring and summer rolls of pork, prawn or crunchy veg and vermicelli rice noodles in a bánh tráng roll. We also make a mean cocktail, including our mixologists’ signature Asian-influenced Eternal Spring.
A flavour of Vietnam continues into our passion for music, and we’re the neighbourhood’s first audiophile bar. Every weekend, we host an eclectic line-up of some of the city’s finest DJs on our specialised sound system in the basement, installed by the pioneers at Brilliant Corners London.
