Showcasing the finest local ingredients from the best of British suppliers, our lunch à la carte, evening three courses, eight-course taste experience with optional wine pairing and al fresco terrace menus are available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with our award-winning market roast choices on Sunday.
Championing the region’s produce, you can expect everything from Bootle bread sourdough rolls to a Liverpool Gin and Yorkshire forced rhubarb lolly ice. Also for spring, there’s Wirral watercress and wild garlic, Cumbrian lamb rack and the locally landed catch of the day. Hand-dived scallops come from Loch Fyne in Scotland and asparagus is sourced from the Wye Valley on the border with Wales.
When the weather permits, our sunny Parisian-style outdoor terrace is perfect for sitting back and soaking up the sun, sipping on a coffee roasted by Neighbourhood and try our amazing pastry chef's sweet treats. Bar snacks and a selection of savoury seasonal canapés team well with a locally distilled or brewed number, and we also have small plates, cheese boards and our pastry chef’s famous afternoon tea to enjoy.
