Veganuary never tasted better at Lily’s

Once the Christmas tree is taken down the winter can seem pretty bleak. Especially January – all slush, SAD and sacking off those New Year’s resolutions.

Here’s a tip: don’t think of Veganuary as a resolution or as something to be got through. Think of it as an exciting opportunity to explore some truly mind-blowing dishes from Lily’s.

Lily’s has a reputation as one of the best restaurants (if not the best) serving Indian food in the North West – and we have the awards to prove it. It so happens that our food is all vegetarian and vegan but it’s the flavours that you notice first. Big, punchy flavours and subtle surprises – it’s all here.

From our popular Gujurati samosas to our famous masala chips, this is food to a put a smile on your face. Bhel puri, Bombay aloo and baingan bhartha, a scrumptious aubergine dish, are just what you need to rid yourself of those winter blues and enjoy some cracking vegan food at the same time.

Most of our dishes can be made vegan anyway so just ask. Even dishes that seem resolutely un-vegan like our palak paneer can be made into a vegan dish with a little bit of Lily’s magic.
