We advise booking in advance, as we only hold a limited amount of tickets at the door for walk-ins, which operate on a first come, first serve basis. On busy days there may be a short wait for the next available time slot.
Under 18s are welcome Monday to Wednesday before 7pm and all day Sunday. We do ask that all under 18s are accompanied by an adult with a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children. Under 18s are not permitted at any time during peak hours (all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday).
If your group is over 6 players, we will split you into smaller teams for ease of getting around the course. Don’t worry - your pals will be right behind you!
Ideally 20 minutes prior to your booking so you can collect your tickets from Caddy, grab a drink and be on the course ready for your slot.
If you are 15 minutes late to your allotted time slot, you have missed your booking. In this instance, the money is not refundable. However, if you email:

whilst running late, we may be able to accommodate you in a later time slot at the Caddy Shack’s discretion.
The chances are we have sold out or there are fewer tickets left for that slot than you require. Please book for the number of players it will allow you to and then book the rest of the players onto the next available time slot.

to see if we can accommodate you. If possible we will allow you to pay on arrival. Please be aware that if we are sold out and do not have walk-in availability, we may not be able to fit additional players on the course with your group.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any tickets purchased as time slots have been taken off sale by our external ticketing site and we are not able to resell.
Yes, that’s cool. All they need to do is to bring your ticket with them and they can play your allocated time slot.
This depends entirely on your skill level, the day and time you are playing and how many drinks you've had! On average, it takes around 45 minutes to get around a course, but this can take longer during peak times. Each hole has an 8 shot maximum rule to try and ensure the course traffic flows smoothly.

All you need to bring with you is your ticket. Tickets are emailed to you after a purchase has been made. Help save the trees and show us the ticket on your phone!
Please note we operate the ‘Challenge 21' policy - if you’re lucky enough to appear youthful, please bring proof of identification.

In order to confirm your booking, we ask for payment to be made in full. You are able to pay by BACS or by card.
Our venue contains flashing lights, as well as UV lights and loud music.
A cloakroom is available on site. Coats can be checked in for £1.00 or a storage box can be hired for £2.00.
You are welcome to wear what you want, even fancy dress (providing it’s inoffensive!) But please be aware that some of the holes have narrow walkways, raised edges, ramps and steps so high heeled shoes are worn at your own risk.
