Insolito is new to Manchester, but we've been in the restaurant business in our native Sicily for over 20 years.
From our chef to our front-of-house staff, our team is Sicilian through and through (with many of us from the same village in the north east of the island).
We bring with us traditional recipes, produce from hand-selected Italian suppliers, and the same high standards we're known for in Sicily, where the restaurant scene is particularly competitive.
