At I Knead Pizza, we like to keep our pizzas simple and classic, just like the ones you find in Naples.
But our Specials Menu is where we shake things up a little — using ingredients you wouldn’t expect to see, and creating bases that show just how versatile a pizza can be.
There are some things we won’t change: our beautiful Neapolitan-style dough, for example. And our belief in sourcing the best produce we can. But other than that, the rulebook goes out of the window.
We change our specials regularly but here’s some of our current creations. Stop by this week — you might find a new favourite.
Harissa base, fior di latte mozzarella, ’nduja, jalapeños and ‘Granddad’s Sausages’ pork and chilli sausage.
Peppercorn sauce base, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, white onion, steak strips and garlic and chilli salt with a Dijon mustard dip.
Cheese sauce, mozzarella, goats cheese, gorgonzola & parmesan cheese.
Extra virgin olive oil base, fior di latte mozzarella, mixed roast peppers, grilled aubergine, halloumi and humous topped off with chilli and garlic salt.
