“Hi, Paul here. I began I Knead Pizza from a market stall in June 2015 and have just opened the first bricks-and-mortar sit-down I Knead Pizza restaurant, in Reddish. We specialise in Neapolitan-style stone-baked pizza, the floppy pick-up-and-dig-in pizza, using traditional methods and top-notch ingredients. When we’re out and about, we can be found at food markets, festivals and for-hire private dos, like wedding receptions and birthday bashes.”
