Start the New Year with a feast of Scandi-inspired deliciousness.
The Second Floor Bar and Brasserie has teamed up with critically-acclaimed Harrogate restaurant Norse for an evening celebrating the finest Scandinavian cuisine.
The Second Floor Head Chef, Matthew Horsfield, will join forces with Norse’s Head Chef, Simon Jewitt, to create a tasting menu featuring typical Scandinavian techniques of curing, pickling, fermenting and dehydrating.
Start the evening with an arrival drink from Hops Grape Spirits, then enjoy seven intriguing courses of Nordic inspired cuisine.
The event takes place on Friday 2 February from 7pm. Tickets are £50 per person. Places are limited – book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note, because of the nature of the tasting menu, any dietary requirements must be given at the time of booking. This includes vegetarian/vegan.
