BABA GHANOUJ: Roasted aubergine mixed with peppers and garlic, topped with chopped tomatoes, onions and parsley
TABBOULEH: Finely chopped parsley, tomato, spring onion, crushed wheat, fresh lemon and olive oil
LAMB KIBBEH: Crushed wheat mixed with beef, stuffed with minced lamb, onions and Lebanese seasoning and deep-fried; three pieces
LAHM BELAJEEN: Minced meat with our special Lebanese Seven Herbs, onions and tomatoes
FATTOUSH: Our famous Lebanese salad with cucumber, tomato, raddish, lettuce, spring onion, fresh mint, parsley, lemon juice and Lebanese croutons
MOHAMARA: Tomatoes and red pepper sauce mixed with our special herbs
