Hey, we’re so pleased with it, we can’t stop talking about it either. More importantly, we can’t stop drinking it. And why would we want to? It’s smooth, rounded, nutty, chocolatey, filled with subtle stone fruit notes and utterly delicious.
Our signature blend is well balanced and beautifully sweet, roasted by North Star Coffee Roasters. It brings together a mix of components from the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais (in the Cerrado), the Jinotega region in northern Nicaragua and the birthplace of coffee itself, Ethiopia
With the help of North Star Coffee Roasters, we’ve blended together these three coffees to create a flavour profile to suit coffee drinkers who take their espresso with or without milk.
We’ve partnered with the Montanari family in Brazil who support ecologically progressive agriculture. Think reforesting not deforesting. And their coffee beans are exactly what we were looking for with their rich, chocolatey notes.
In Nicaragua, we’ve linked up with Caravela Coffee to find a washed process, mixed varietal coffee, supporting 65 small-scale coffee farmers. Their coffee adds depth and a vibrant acidity to the blend.
Our coffee is brewed on a La Marzocco machine to serve that perfect cup and if you’re taking away, we’ve picked up the sustainability challenge and all our cups and packaging are from Decent Packaging and totally compostable.
We make a great coffee but you can also buy our signature Factory Coffee blend to use at home. It’s £30 for a kilo or £12.50 for 250g.
