Get your game face on because Manchester Confidential is offering 42 readers the exclusive opportunity to experience a full game dinner with a complimentary glass of champagne, created in collaboration with top chef Robert Owen Brown.
Known for his crispy fried squirrel and exceptional game cooking, Rob will be entertaining guests at The Eagle Inn, Salford, on Tuesday 22 March, alongside members of the Confidentials team, hosted by Gordo.
Consisting of four courses and a glass of fizz upon arrival, the supper club will revolve around great food, excellent service, and an epicurean experience for all. The menu has been created with top quality seasonal ingredients in alignment with Rob’s personal flair and creativity as a chef.
To start, Rob will prepare rich truffled pheasant and duck terrine with honey pot brioche, candied citrus and ginger wine jelly. The main course is a roast loin of venison with duck fat fondant, a mini venison pie, beetroot, baby spinach and honeyed onions.
A complimentary cheese course will be provided by The Chorlton Cheesemongers and dessert is a caramelised apple and cinnamon tart with vanilla spiked cream.
The Manchester Confidential x Rob Owen Brown Supper Club will take place on Tuesday 22 March at The Eagle Inn in Salford. Doors open at 6:30pm with the evening commencing at 7:15pm. Tickets are £59 per person, which includes all four courses and a complimentary glass of champagne. All other drinks can be purchased from the Eagle Inn’s in-house bar.
