All for £12.50 per month or £125 annually.

You’ll need to show your Membership Card at our partner venues to redeem the Heroes discounts and offers.
We will provide an electronic Membership Card pass for Google Pay or Apple Wallet. Instructions on how to save your pass will be provided by email within 2 business days of recieving your first subscription payment.
We will only provide a physical Membership Card for annual subscriptions which will be dispatched by First Class post within 7 days of receiving your annual subscription payment.
Your Membership Card will be valid for use up to and including the expiry date shown.
These are not available in the first two months of a monthly subscription so will be provided after the second month once we have received the second monthly subscription payment.
For annual subscriptions, if your Birthday falls within the first month of your subscription, your Birthday Voucher will be made available 14-21 days after receiving your subscription payment for that year.
In order to use a voucher from the Confidentials App you will need to purchase the voucher on the app and have the voucher available on your mobile device when visiting the venue. Voucher terms and conditions are provided for each voucher through the app when purchased.

When you sign up for a Confidentials Heroes Subscription (Subscription), payment will be charged to Confidentials.com from the card provided online, either monthly or annually as appropriate.
Both monthly and annual payment options renew your Subscription annually on the anniversary of your first payment. This is your Annual Renewal Date.
When you sign up for a Subscription, a minimum contract period of 12 months applies and you agree to pay for a full 12 months.
Your Subscription renews automatically on your Annual Renewal Date unless you notify us that you wish cancel your Subscription at least 31 days before the Annual Renewal Date.
Annual payments are subject to one single charge per year which recurs on the same day and month each year.
Monthly payments will be charged on the same day as the first payment or on the last day of the month if the day is not included in the next month. For example, a Subscription starting on 31 January bills on 28 February (or 29 February in a leap year), then 31 March, 30 April, and so on.
With the exception of Birthday Vouchers (see 5) and physical Membership Cards (see 4), all Subscription benefits will be available using your electronic Membership Card within 2 business days from the time of initial payment and this will be reflected in any respective extension in the expiry period.
You will be notified by email of upcoming charges 7 days before they are due to be taken.
In the event of cancelling your Subscription, your electronic pass will be voided and you will not be able to use any of the membership benefits, including those within partner venues. You will also be responsible for returning your physical Membership Card (if provided) without undue delay, by recorded delivery post to our office address: Confidentials, Core, Brown Street, Manchester, M2 1DH

Both monthly and annual payment options renew your Subscription annually on your Annual Renewal Date. You must provide a minimum of 31 days’ notice before your Annual Renewal Date to cancel your Subscription. If you do not notify us before 31 days’ of your Annual Renewal Date you agree to the automatic renewal of your Subscription for an additional minimum contract period of 12 months and you agree to pay for an additional full 12 months.

Subscription payments already received will not be refunded after 14 days under any circumstances**
If you wish to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of your first payment, you must return your physical Membership Card (if provided) to us before any payment can be refunded.
Your electronic pass will be voided and you will not be able to use any of the membership benefits, including those within partner venues.
Any appropriate refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
In the event of a failed Subscription payment, our Subscription system will attempt to collect payment 3 more times within 21 days. If we do not receive payment for your Subscription after this period, or payment is refused we will cancel your Subscription.
If you cancel your Subscription service without providing notice (see 8) or fail to pay a Subscription payment before your contract ends (minimum contract period), you will have to pay an early termination charge. The early termination charge is the sum of all remaining Subscription payments due for the 12 month contract period for the Subscription that has been cancelled and becomes due in full immediately. Your Subscription will not subsequently be automatically renewed.
We want our partners to treat you to brilliant service as well as great food and drink. If you have any problems please let us know. We also expect our Heroes to be respectful of staff, management and other customers at our partner venues. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription immediately and without refund in the event of abusive or violent behaviour towards any person or damage to property at our partner venues. Any early terminations charges (see above) will also become due immediately.
