At Cibus we’re passionate about using seasonal ingredients and our new menu celebrates these at their best. It’s also full of warming, comforting dishes to give you a bit of an autumn hug.
Explore cicchetti like arancini with pumpkin, orange and goat’s cheese served with spicy mayo or sweet and sour sardines with pine nuts, sultanas and polenta and give thanks for the season’s rich harvest.
Pizza makes the most of hearty seasonal fare, from oyster mushrooms to Italian sausage and it’s our slow-proved pizza which made us part of Levy’s food scene. There’s also a fish dish of the day and a meat dish of the day so we can really make the most of spot-on seasonality.
