Festive food from the Far East

More over cinnamon and cloves – spice up your festive season this year with chilli and curry. Let your Christmas party go with a bang at Chilli Banana, where we’ve created a colourful and flavour-filled sharing menu (£28.50 per person) and delicious speciality dishes to infuse winter with a true taste of Thailand.

Constantly evolving, and inspired by our head chef May’s intrepid travels and upbringing in central Thailand, the menu at Chilli Banana thinks beyond Pad Thai to bring something a little more special to your plate and your palate. And our Christmas menu is a real gift!

Start with ‘tiger’s tears’ grilled steak or Nakom Si Tamarat Province’s take on calamari. Then, from May’s own Prachinburi region, Penang Bet Yang incorporates honey-roast duck in rich ‘dry’ Penang curry, while Gai Pad Prik Sot is a sizzling chicken stir-fry and Pla Pad Prik King combines catfish with green beans.
