Constantly evolving, and inspired by our head chef May’s upbringing and intrepid travels, the menu at Chilli Banana thinks beyond Pad Thai to bring something a little more special to your plate and your palate and hit you with a true taste of Thailand.

One of our favourites on the menu is the ‘drunken’ option – so-called because of how hot the chillies are so the dish packs a real punch.

Our Goyteow Pad Kimow version sees soft noodles stir-fried with Thai mixed greens, crispy basil leaves, chilli, and tofu, chicken or beef – but this is only medium in the chilli content scores.

Far hotter is the three-chilli rated Pad Kimow – drunken stir-fry chicken with fine beans, Thai chilli and kaffir lime leaf.
