Our motivation is to make your life easier and give you precious time back to focus on tackling your demands.

Options range from two meals per day to breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole family.

And everything is cooked from scratch, so you’ll experience the same flavour sensations and high quality presentation that can be found in our restaurant.

You may know by now that we don’t focus on calories. Instead we focus on providing adequate protein, plenty of volume and keeping the micronutrient value as high as possible, ensuring you feel, look and perform your best.

Prepared with love and attention in 3SQUARED’s kitchen, you’ll always be eating something new based on our usual Free From outlook.

Our holistic take on prepared meals means that you have the opportunity to swap your ready meals and pre-packaged dinner for something nutritiously balanced and specifically tailored to create optimal health, performance and energy with every bite.

You can still expect to drop a few pounds, but that’s not the main focus here. We’d like our client's energy levels to be through the roof, sleeping soundly at night and mentally out-performing everyone else!

Vitality Sample Menu

MONDAY

Lunch: Steamed salmon, apple, cucumber and dill salad. Drink: Peppermint Tea

Dinner: Chicken breast, sticky brown, wilted greens and tahini dipping sauce. Drink: Chamomile Tea

TUESDAY

Lunch: Pan seared salmon, black rice, kale and spinach in a coconut dressing. Drink: Peppermint Tea

Dinner: Coconut katsu almond crusted chicken, sticky brown rice. Drink: Chamomile Tea

WEDNESDAY

Lunch: Chopped salad, tahini and mirin dressing, falafel, hummus. Drink: Peppermint Tea

Dinner: Flat iron steak, sweet potato wedges, sweet leaf salad, avocado oil dressing. Drink: Chamomile Tea
