This June, Honest Burgers have teamed up with tapas specialists Brindisa to create a special one-off collaboration - The CHIMICHURRI burger.
Chimichurri is the tangy, herby Argentinian sauce that goes well with everything. Especially beef. Honest Burger’s homemade chimichurri has appeared in a few specials over the years, going back to Brixton in 2012. This version features their favourite combination of Brindisa chorizo (the best chorizo they’ve ever tasted), young Manchego cheese (great melter) and chipotle mayo. It’s a mash-up of smoky, rich ingredients, tied together with sharp chimichurri.

Brindisa founder Monika Linton is a British food hero, credited with helping us Brits fall in love with Spanish food. Monika started importing Spanish foods over 30 years ago and has opened a few tapas restaurants along the way.
Available for delivery from all Honest restaurants from 4th June to 6th July, the CHIMICHURRI combines Honest beef with Brindisa favourites, all served on a soft Honest burger bun and with Honest's signature homemade rosemary salted chips for just £14.
