Calling all those who are wine and food curious, join us in our elegant industrial style restaurant and dine at wine bar in the heart of the Baltic Triangle.
With the area’s historic shipping-trade inspiring our name, the team at Manifest take great pride in sourcing high quality seasonal goods, supporting local producers and putting their passion onto plates and into glasses. We create regularly changing menus with wine in mind.

We are a 6 table and dine at counter restaurant. The chef’s table is the highlight of our restaurant, if you would like chef’s table seats please note this in your booking. Likewise, if you require a table we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee your request as priority goes to people with accessible needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT MANIFEST
Manifest has relaxed dining room and dine at bar, where service is attentive but informal. Our whole team is trained in service and will be part of the waiting staff, so please don’t be surprised if the kitchen check back or take orders.
Our food and passion for produce take centre stage, we make everything possible in house from the best ingredients following the flow of the seasons. Expect home made bread, oils, house charcuterie, preserves, pickles, ferments and brews. These won’t all be listed on the menu and highlighted on every dish, but for the food curious the chef is always happy to come and talk through our dishes, the layers of detail and the network of suppliers who make us what we are - We look forward to welcoming you to our spot in the Baltic, Liverpool.
