Its elevated position means you can look out over a beautiful Waterloo sunset, glass of wine in hand – and remember, almost all of our wines are available by the glass, the carafe and the bottle.
A spot like this is just made for summer drinking and dining. The white woodwork has a very classy beach bar vibe and our menu is full of dishes like warm borlotti bean salad, scorched mackerel with niçoise salad and our charcuterie selection that are just asking to be eaten al fresco.
Start off with a cocktail – salty sea air and a Hemingway’s Daiquiri is a summer essential at The Workshop. As for our Elixir of Life No.2, it has a real garden party feeling with all that Pimm’s but the Malfy blood orange gin really takes it up a notch.
Then tuck in to the taste of summer: pea and mint ravioli, boquerones with chilli and blackened chicken thighs with mojo verde.
