Into the gathering dusk is a botanical drinks project using natural and foraged ingredients to make all kinds of wild drinks. They create pop-up cocktail bars, events, parties, workshops and gifts. They also give 10% of their profits to manchester refugee charities. This prize is a 700ml batched cocktail with garnishes, makes 6 drinks. It uses ingredients from all over the world, its name kosmopolitēs is a reference to the original meaning of the cosmo; to be a citizen of the world.
A fresh and natural take on the classic cosmo, made with lively fruit; cranberry, bergamot, clementine leaf, blood orange with some blackcurrant leaves, calendula flower and saffron for herbal depth and bitter notes. No additives, less sugar and plenty of dancing power for the citizens of the world.
Winners will be notified in January 2021 — all prizes will be sent out then.
