We’re proud of our menu and our reputation for quality dining. We have a very talented team of chefs here at the Bells of Peover. On Wednesday 15 May, we showcase their skills with a special one off tasting menu on our seafood and wine pairing night.
Discover five courses of beautifully-executed food starting with a show-stopping scallop ceviche, a vibrant zesty dish using the freshest seafood. It will really wake up your taste buds for what is to come.
The quality continues with a potage of mussels with brandade fritter and then, the seafood star, a loin of halibut with pomme anna and a rich shellfish bisque.
A Champagne granita with passion fruit cleanses the palate before the final indulgence of chocolate delice with pistachio and salted caramel.
Courses are accompanied with a selection of carefully-chosen wines.
