Guidance for our Gift Voucher customers

Due to the ongoing UK lockdown, we are reviewing our policies on gift voucher extensions:

If your voucher is set to expire during this period of lockdown whilst restaurants are still closed, we will be waiting until we have a set date for lockdown to end and restaurants are allowed to re-open before we can finalise a new extension on the vouchers. 

We are aiming to provide you with at least a 2 month extension period from the date lockdown ends. 

We are currently taking things one day at a time, until we have been provided some more information and rest assured that Confidentials will do everything in their power to ensure all customers are able to use their gift vouchers.


Please continue to follow the advice on this page as we are able to provide it. The Confidentials Team will continue to work hard to apply extensions where possible.

Unfortunately due to the unusually high volume of enquiries, the Voucher Team will not be able to answer individual questions, and may take longer than usual to respond.


Please note, we also have some vouchers currently being sold on the Confidentials App that are valid until 30th November 2020 and will help to keep Confidentials, and the restaurants, in business until we are able to resume normal life.
