New beers from Indian Tiffin Room
Indian Tiffin Room now has its own range of beers, designed to complement the spicy flavours of the food.
The Indian Pale Ale or Indian Tiffin Ale as it’s called is a lush tropical tinged beer that is a real thirst-quencher. Its creamy coconut back notes work wonders at cooling down the spice of a pav bhaji. Plus beer and Indian street food is always a win.
The Indian Tiffin Lager is an Indian Pale Lager. It’s a smooth, light lager with a similarly tropical profile coming from the eclectically fruity, floral, spicy, earthy characteristics of the Mosaic hops.
At 5% it slips down a treat and goes particularly well with the okra fries, the bhel puri and the samosa chaat.
