New CGIs revealed before modular scheme goes on sale next month
Urban Splash have revealed new CGIs of their Ancoats 'modular' apartment scheme, Mansion House, before it goes on sale next month.
Located adjacent to New Islington Marina, the medium-rise apartment block, comprising six to ten apartments, has been constructed of cross-laminated timber (CLT) in a factory in Bilbao - hence the 'flat pack' comparison.
Manchester’s on the receiving end of something rather special here...
An extension of their existing modular 'hoUSe' developments, also in Ancoats (as well as Irwell Riverside in Salford and Smith’s Dock in North Shields), Mansion House is a 'flexible living concept' with communal residential spaces, dual aspect views across the marina and 8 square metre balconies.
The theory behind Urban Splash's hoUse developments are that buyers can configure their own living spaces, with nine template layouts featuring adjustable non-load bearing walls, meaning rooms can be altered in size and homes personalised.
Urban Splash residential director Guy Ackernley said: “Manchester’s on the receiving end of something rather special here. This is the first place we’ll be offering Mansion House apartments, spacious homes, created using modular methods of construction, with an interior quite unlike anything else out there.
“We wanted to unveil these images to show just what the final product will look like – whetting the appetite of buyers ahead of our launch day – something which will be a celebration of the next phase of homes in this fantastic new city-centre neighbourhood.”
The first batch of one and two apartments will go on sale on Saturday 11th May, for more information visit the website.
