The Manchester based, luxury three-storey labyrinth includes a Thai & Indian Restaurant (200 capacity), The “Maharaja Room” (Private Dining for up to 18 guests), Cinnabar (Cocktail Lounge / Club), with DJs, license till 2am, extensive wine, cocktail and spirit list, private VIP booths (Cocoons). Furthermore, Vermilion includes our breathtaking event spaces, “The Abacus Gallery” (100 capacity), “The Alan Turing Room” (200 capacity) and “The Grand Suite” (800 capacity, 9128 sq ft) - a capacity totaling 1300.
