The super-special sharing platters are worth fighting over and the pulled pork board is a game-changer. Spiced with Asian flavours, the succulent and juicy pork is a nice break from your standard BBQ sauce-soaked pork of the pulled kind, and served with pickled cabbage, gherkins and various homemade breads.

The Czech board is a meaty masterpiece, and a little microcosm of Eastern European flavour. Think pork sausage on slow-cooked peppers, smoked goats cheese and roast pork (complete very crispy crackling) alongside homemade sauerkraut pickles and bread.

Let your tastebuds travel to Morocco with the sumptuous lamb and aubergine tagine. Slow cooked, the meat melts in the mouth and is jam-packed with punchy, aromatic flavour. Topped with toasted almonds and served with grated carrot salad and grilled flatbread, it’s a highlight.

Sticking in the same neck of the spice-woods, the superfood salad with halloumi is swimming in Middle Eastern tastes. Grated beetroot, carrot, radish and quinoa are tossed in a sweet and sour citrus dressing and peppered with za’atar, then topped with grilled halloumi, pomegranate and toasted mixed seeds. It’s a lovely, fresh dish to beckon us back towards sunnier months and a great choice for the health conscious.

The mackerel and sweet potato salad marinated in African chermoula spices is a fantastic fishy option. Low in carbs, high in flavours of lemon, chilli, paprika and cumin, the fish is perfectly cooked, and the blackened sweet potato, rocket and pickled grated carrot in yoghurt dressing is saliva-inducing, even thinking about it now.
