A meal at Tapeo & Wine is a chance to discover traditional Spanish dishes such as mojama – air dried tuna, suquet de peix - Valencian fish and potato stew and berenjena frita, otherwise known as aubergine crisps, which are glazed with honey and Pedro Ximenez.

In place of the usual suspects on tapas menus you’ll find dishes from the sea and the mountains of the real Spain: pan-fired rabbit, grilled monkfish and slow-cooked milk-fed lamb shoulder which is a real winner. It’s as delicious in Tapeo as it is in Segovia from where it originates.
