Restaurant Fruits De Mer Rotisserie Bar.

Hello Manchester! A little birdie tells us that Manchester has a soft spot for the finer things in life – such as oysters with champagne, succulent rotisserie meats and a pornstar (martini!) or two. We know that you guys know how to throw a party with a big hint of naughtiness and that’s why we made this our first Northern outpost after opening our Soho restaurant 21 years ago. Where else would we be other than Spinningfields?

'The positivity and entrepreneurial energy of the city, the warm, welcoming community, the culinary interest and the enthusiasm for a great night out all appealed greatly,' say co-founders renowned chef Ed Baines and restauranteur Jamie Poulton.

We are used to being in great company – our original restaurant in Soho was started twenty years ago, and was previously a butcher’s shop established in 1911 - catering for dignitaries such as Winston Churchill, no less. And this tradition of excellence is something we’ve worked hard to preserve, using premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers where possible.

Ed believes that good food is about good cooking with nowhere to hide. The approach to dining at Randall & Aubin is ‘everything for everyone’. We serve hearty premium dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere - with a splash of glamour thrown in for good measure, naturally.

So whatever your weakness - be it an expertly mixed martini, a blini heaped with caviar, or a slab of perfectly pink roast beef for your Sunday lunch, then here at Randall & Aubin Manchester, we can’t wait to welcome you through our doors to join the party.
