Every Tuesday from 5pm, Grafene is offering five courses of its fine British food for the very special price of £29 per person.
This exclusive “five from five” offer will allow you the chance to give Grafene’s unique British dining experience a go and to try out the talents of a brand-new team.
As well as a change in front of house staff, Grafene has a new head chef, Stephen Moore, who came on board in February. Stephen – previously at Manchester’s Gotham Hotel and Thornton Manor on the Wirral – is already making his mark on the constantly evolving seasonal and healthful menu, with extravagant flavours and stunning presentation.
His current favourites include stone bass with crab tortellini, quinoa, sea herbs; guinea fowl with spring greens, and, for pud, Grafene’s take on the classic arctic roll with compressed blueberries.
The five from five offer brings you five courses, for just £29 per person, and is available every Tuesday from 5pm.
