Byron hamburgers turns ten!

To celebrate ten years of its famously fresh hamburgers, Byron is bringing back some of its favourite specials every two weeks between 4 July and 25 September. Inspired from Miami to Tokyo,  every two weeks there will be a whole new pairing, influence and taste to the menu.

Since 2007, Byron have had 30 game changing specials. Now it’s your chance to re-live six of their favourites for two weeks only. Whether it’s your classic American Uncle Sam, the Njuda and crispy potatoes from Miami Slice or the Bunzilla with its wasabi mayonnaise and soy glazed burger – there is likely to be something for everyone.  Each hamburger will also be paired with a limited edition or brewed-just-for-Byron craft beer for the occasion.

The second of the Byron birthday burger specials is the way popular Miami Slice, with spicy but sweet ’nduja and paprika ketchup, melty American cheese and super-crunchy shoestring fries. It’s served on a toasted sourdough bun and comes with a pot of chicharrones (pork scratchings) on the side and Byron hot sauce to dip ’em in. Inspired by a visit to El Mago de las Fritas (The Fry Magician) in Miami – the place for Cuban burgers – the Miami Slice goes on sale on 18 July until the end of the month.

This fortnight’s beer is from Hebden Bridge brewers Vocation, who have come up with the Pith & Love orange-infused pale ale especially for Byron’s tenth birthday, creating the ultimate beer to cut through the spiciness of the Miami Slice.

Birthday burgers will be up for grabs for a tenner, with limited edition beers at £4.75. Highly likely that you’ll want both, you can always opt for the Birthday Bundle for just £13.
