Join us in our downstairs bar for a glass franciacorta – the elegant sparkling wine known as Italy's answer to champagne. Franciacorta is richer and more complex than prosecco. Try it once and you'll be a convert.
Our family connections have owned an award-winning vineyard in Sicily for four generations, so it's fair to say we know a little bit about Italian wine. We've hand-selected each one to ensure every choice you make is a good one. Classic Italian cocktails, beer and premium spirits make up our drinks list.
Blue Lobster specialises in beautifully executed seafood dishes inspired by the restaurants of Italy's coastal regions. Appetisers such as oysters and lobster are followed by main courses such as tuna fillet with pomegranate, and seafood paccheri. Our head chef Mirko Capomaggi has relocated from Rome, where he has a chain of successful seafood restaurants.
Our experience is combined with the knowledge gained from our first venture Veeno, our partners Sviluppo Franchising in Italy, and the talents of our head chef Mirko Capomaggi who has led seafood restaurants in Italy for many years.
